Excellent service, fantastic location close to many attractions in the city, peaceful and spacious room with a super comfortable bed.

This place is great because the rooms are super comfy and nicely furnished. 🛏️ Plus, they come with a balcony, which is a nice touch. The location here is really convenient, and the staff is top-notch and very professional.

Boutique hotel in an upscale area a short walk to the train station and the metro station. Silent and airy rooms, excellent stay during our visit.- Good and perfect location, just a walk down to everywhere.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable, within a close distance from a known zoo. The food at the garden was excellent.

The location of Townhouse Berlin is wonderful, very close to the Zoologischer Garten train station which is one of the main stations in Berlin. There is a big self-service shop nearby for food and drinks.- The hotel is surrounded by excellent cafés, bars, and restaurants.- Different public transport connections are easily accessible from the hotel.- The hotel is conveniently located near a well-known zoo, just 1 km away.

The rooms are brand new, spacious, have spa-like bathrooms, and include tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.

Our stay at the Townhouse Berlin Aparthotel was fantastic. The studio was spacious and offered great comfort. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the location was perfect, with multiple train stations within a short walk. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Savignyplatz, with its many restaurants. it was a clean, cozy, and affordable option for our 4-day stay in the city.

Location and facilities in the room.

Nighshift staff did not help out a situation which occured at midnight, i.e. The alarm clock in the room next door began to ring at 00:00 until 01:00. By approach they promised to solve the problem - but nothing happened. Next morning the recptionist went up to the room to fix the problem on our request. (doesn't seem like this was addressed between staff.)

According to the paper which was attached with the room key, "Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time under the telephone number xxxx." But they could not help anything. The room was cold. But room heater was unavailable (did not turn on).So I requested to take a blanket to my room. But someone who responded to my call was not in the hotel but in different city. So I could not sleep well.

i was pleased with well-equipped room, which was complete with a really great shower and a separate bedroom.

Had an amazing New Year's celebration at this hotel! Loved the modern and stylish apartments, with spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a cozy dinner on New Year's Eve and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was super kind and helpful, they provided us with all the information we needed to explore the surroundings and recommended great restaurants nearby. The location was key, just a short walk away from the city center and all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the free bottled water and basic amenities in the bathroom.

The noise coming from the fitness center, which was adjacent to our room. We could hear the machines and weights being used at all hours of the day and night, which was quite annoying.
